San Diego's CW is seeking a dynamic marketing professional to join the local sales team. The ideal candidate will be an extraordinary communicator who must enjoy the entire process of customer satisfaction and the power of our medium. In addition, the perfect candidate will have a passion for prospecting and developing new advertisers in a variety of categories. This individual should provide past successes in new revenue generation, customer satisfaction and marketing/sales creativity. Candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years outside sales experience and Bachelors Degree in an appropriate discipline. TV ad sales a big plus! Computer skills are an important component of success in this position along with a vision and a desire to be the best.
